1) All orders are pre-ordered. There will be a waiting period of 10-12 days due to supplier preparation and shipping time. Your patience regarding delay would be greatly appreciated.
2) Any discontinued/out of stock items will be 100% refunded, not inclusive of postage cost.
3) No cancellation once your order has been submitted and paid. ALL sales are final.
4) FREE SHIPPING for purchases more than $150.
5) Payment is to be made within 3 days of placing an order, if you do not make your payment in this time frame, the items go back on sale and you risk losing your items as stock is limited.
